Christine Stevens PhD is a psychotherapist, trainer, supervisor and editor of The British Gestalt Journal. Working in private and NHS practice she is a faculty member of the Doctorates in Psychotherapy at Metanoia Institute London. She is Programme Leader for MA in Pastoral Counselling at St John’s College, Nottingham England and a supervisor for GITA, Slovenia. She runs a Clinical Training Unit for Psychotherapy in Primary Care. She is currently studying for a BA in Fine Art at Nottingham Trent University and has a particular interest in working with creative methods in therapy.
I work as a clinical supervisor (Supervision Diploma SPTI 1999) for individuals and groups.
I run a Clinical Training Unit for Psychotherapy in Primary Care at Mapperley Park Medical Centre, Nottingham and offer trainee placements running for the academic year starting in September.
From time to time I facilitate workshops for Continuing Professional Development .
